Dude clarified and it's grim. This is a mess. Game devs that I've worked with in the game industry do not scroll Google for hours when they want to "express a base idea" to an artist. We sit down, or maybe stand, and we talk. We explain, and ask questions. We make references to other things. And during that conversation, we're riffing and inspiring each other, using the creativity we were hired for. "Photo-bashing"? His explanation falls apart. Is he suggesting that a non-artist game dev will scroll Google for hours then photo-bash a pic in order to "express a base idea" to an artist? That's not a thing. Embarrassing. This is embarrassing.
