The cattle on feed in Iowa, broken out by est. days on feed shows an interesting distribution. There were roughly 4.5X more cattle in the greater than 210-day category than the 3-year average. Is it the same in yards with less than 1,000 head of capacity? How heavy will they get?

Cows out of the wind quite comfy. Trying for the first time this year pulling two old tractor tires behind the loader to “groom” the ground and drive frost down. Ground froze up good now and help keeps things levelled. #ontag
