Last week at @MRSroadrunners, fourth grade girls practiced positive affirmations to continue building their confidence! After, students made bracelets/ keychains as a reminder to say their affirmations. 🧠💖 #HazletProud

A small group started for students @ @LillianDriveSch to learn & practice valuable resiliency skills that contribute to overall success. We discussed the importance of bouncing back when things get tough. Last week we reviewed how setting goals keeps us motivated to keep trying.

Last week in our coping skills group, students learned that our bodies send us signals as big emotions are building. If we can identify those signals in the moment, then we can turn to our coping skills to help! 😡🌋😁☀️😢💔 😱🚨@RVSPrincipal_ #HazletProud

Last week in the confidence group, we learned how our thoughts impact the way we feel about ourselves 💭❤️ Then we practiced changing (-) thoughts into helpful ones. This week, we were reminded of the power of YET✨We brainstormed all the magical things we can do! #HazletProud
