Arctic Council representatives met with the Prime Minister of France about their new admission to the Arctic Council as a permanent observer state. France agrees to be active and involved in the Arctic Council. France has yet to supply exclusive help such as funds or military.

Arctic Council representatives met with the President of Tonga about their new admission to the Arctic Council as a permanent observer state. Tonga agrees to be active and host events and vacations for the Arctic Council.

No: The Council does not discriminate against non-arctic states. Observer states are allowed to join the Council regardless of their Arctic Affiliation. Member states, however, by definition of our Charter; must be States in direct affiliation with the Arctic Region.

Arctic Council representatives met with the Ghanaian President ,MoFA on the topic of their new admission to the as a permanent observer state. Ghana has agreed to supplying the Arctic Council with 4 military reserves to help keep our nations protected and safe.
