I got to meet Charles Montgomery, a resident of Sol Housing's Farolito Senior Apartment Complex at the ribbon-cutting on Friday. Charles is a great neighbor, and Farolito is a beautiful addition to Central! Farolito's sister property, Luminaria, is shown in the background.
