This is an all timer. It is pure organic art. All-time chirper Ray Ferraro with the headset.. Connor McDavid, with the amalgamation of bemusement and respect for the rookie with the cocksure stick point like Moses parting the Red Sea. Hryckowian has embraced a role and it will pay handsomely. There are hundreds who could have this job if they just did what it took. It's take big balls, a large heart, quick brain, thick skin, and a relentless spirit. Like all Northeastern alums!!!!

@taylordbaird That’s a no brainer. As gifted as Makar is on offense he’s not that on defense. Miro and Makar are completely different players. Same with Lindell

I asked the Stars and Avs about best defensemen in the league this season, and both locker rooms told me there should be a defensive defenseman award just as the forwards have an offensive (Art Ross) and defensive (Selke) award.

One takeaway for what Dallas and Minnesota has done is they’ve both gotten heavier and a little nastier. Sad that one of them will be out after round 1. That winning team will have a lot taken out of them because I imagine that will be the best series to the entire playoffs 🫡
