Coming to Arc Raiders next week 🛠️ 👨‍🔧 The Trader: Offers two perks in exchange for high-value items: - Extra Stash space to help you increase your capacity. - The Expedition Vault: This allows you to carry over up to five items across the Expedition, so you can set your new Raider up with your favorite items or blueprints. - Weekly quests to unlock rare in-game items from The Trader. This is to tide players over to October, when the next big update drops.

While ARC Raiders is scaling back to just 2 updates a year, Marathon is adding a PVE only mode soon after high demand. Roughly 60% of Arc Raiders players have said they’d like a PVE mode.

@MarsResident027 @ArcRaidersInfo Not sure about where he's getting 60%. In the dev interview last month, they said that 80% of players have never knocked out another player.

Should ARC Raiders just drop a PVE only mode before they go ghost until October?

@LoochyTV Been loving the game since I bought it earlier this year. Play pretty casual, so the new content usually takes a few weeks, which is nice. However, it's sold as a live service game. So, ideally, it should have regular content updates. Larger ones twice a year is a bit of a wait.

Watching ARC Raiders go from being adored to hated over the last 6 months has been…something. Guys we all want more content… But maybe just accept that it’s a $40 game that you got your moneys worth out of. Come back for new content later and go play something else.

@LancesEmporium Not sure why they don't just do new Decks every other week, or a Project a month. Would help string players along until large updates. Trials time is too short and rewards aren't worth the hassle. Should lengthen those to 2 weeks as well and buff the rewards.

While i think the new Trader and especially the Expedition Vault is a great addition, this will not keep a alot of players playing until October - and i think Embark is taking the wrong approach here. Every single part of the Frozen Trail Update would be direly needed now - ASAP - in the game. Why bundle everything together? Why not split it up and release those things every 1-2 months? Why make us wait 5 MONTHS for that? This would have given us something to look forward to and something that really makes us come back again and again. But this way we only have some - for many players - quite disappointing updates and a very weak finale to the last Road Map to play for MONTHS to come. Beside that, alot of big titles are already set or expected to release in Q3/Q4 2026, which makes this decision even more questionable.

@ApollosMission Dune Awakening is pretty fun if you've never played it. The combat is great, and flying an ornithopter... amazing. End game was just revamped a bit too, can play PVE or PVP.

Call of Duty is dead. Arc Raiders is dead. Fortnite is dead. Battlefield is dead. GTA is still not out. What is anyone even playing anymore these days?

@ArcRaidersInfo How about having something small to keep players hanging on longer? Trials run for 2 weeks, and have a new Deck every alternating 2 weeks. Then a new item collection Project at the end of each month.

Next ARC Raiders big update dates 🗓️ - October 2026 - April 2027 - October 2027 - April 2028 Between these months, minor bug fix and weapon change updates will still release.

@ARCRaidersNews If they just allowed us to keep all blueprints, I think it would stop most of the complaining about resets not being worth it and the multiple account exploiting.

The Expedition Vault The new trader coming next week can carry up to 5 items over for your next Raider, including Blueprints. Honestly the best feature in a while.

@METAPCs Once you play over 90 fps, you can really notice any drops. The higher the fps, the smoother everything feels. If the game stayed at 60, never going up or down... maybe you wouldn't notice.

Would you rather game at: A) 240fps on 1440p B) 60fps on a 4K OLED

@CloudPlays_YT They better do something soon... Allow open Expeditions 1-3 back to back while keeping blueprints, longer trial times with less grindy objectives, maybe it's time for the pve mode or map condition... something to keep this game alive until the next major update.
