Here is Why Constitutional Amendment No. 3 (#CA3) is a DONE DEAL. 1. Social media outcry doesn't translate to change on the ground. 2.ZANU PF has zero intention of withdrawing #CA3. 3.With a 3/4 majority in Parliament, the Bill will pass without friction. 4.President Mnangagwa will definitely sign the Bill into law. 5.The courts cannot block this; legislative power rests solely with Parliament. 6.Any hopes of military intervention are pure fantasy. 7.Civil disobedience is a non-starter; the ZRP is fully prepared to maintain order. 8.There will be no referendum because the law doesn't demand one.
