Weight lose journey, I did the following excersies: 1) 2hrs batting baseballs in the cage⚾️ 2) 2x 4.5km walks🚶‍♂️ I missed out on my 3rd 4.5km due to the weather, lol, but I'm also keeping a nice diet by incorporating more veggies and salads in my meals 🙂
