If, in the unlikely event Ebola comes to our shores, I strongly recommend all MAGA/MAHA antivax folks avoid those "scientific" and "medical" treatments from "doctors" and "researchers" and instead order up a big dose of horse laxatives or large-animal dewormer.

It is clear by reading comments just how the commercial capitalist health system in the US has created extreme distrust of health systems. People there do not believe that public health authorities have their best interests at heart. They believe the health system is only in it for profit or to do secret experiments (because authorities did so in the past). Unfortunately, health insurance companies in the US have operated to fuel this scepticism and mistrust. Most of the rest of the world does not have a capitalist for-profit health system, so maybe Americans could listen to the not-for profit countries’ comments on risks rather than their own

Conspiracy theorists are already trying to play down and mock Ebola I would say to them You don't understand what Ebola is and what it can do You are playing with fire And you could get badly, badly burned

Also thanks to Trump, there's no one to rebuild the homes. Hundreds have begun to rebuild but construction costs skyrocketed under Trump due to tarrifs and workers are all gone due to ICE deportations. The Palisades Fire was a catastrophe made 100x worse by the Trump administration to elevate a moron like Pratt to seize LA. And LA's bank account.
