A Commercial Airline makes more money from Business class and firstclass carbin than it makes from the entire economy cabin even though the number of seats at the economy is 10 times that of first and business class. The reason: exclusivity. Sell some high ticket. How can you offer more to your existing customers and help them get faster results? How can you help them feel more important by giving them better access? Find a way to create some exclusivity around your business and you can make 5x what you currently charge.
