@siyantombela_ I have changed my mind as the facts have changed. I am not led by public opinion, but what see in front of me. Johnson has major questions to answer still, but that doesn't change the fact that bad actors are swarming on this opportunity to see IDAC hollowed out.

After witnessing the testimony by Andrea Johnson and the facts are clear, I agree with this view. The case against Khumalo and Mokwele et al cannot be sustained. We need IDAC, and we need actions to maintain its credibility.

Spoon feeding? There is no spoon feeding at the Madlanga Commission. The spoons are at news24, or Andrea24. What’s this? (See pics) is that not an attempt at brainwashing the public? No cutlery at Madlanga although they are eating. They are cooking. There is a retired and excellent constitutional court justice with two other brilliant legal practitioners throughly probing witnesses and evidence. Fact based, gossip allergic commission. There is a chief evidence leader Adv Chaskalson and his team who are exposing the innards of the violent and greedy big five cartel. All Adv Andrea Johnson had to do was go and explain her side of the story, give a logical legal basis for her actions and provide proof of her allegations.

It appears IDAC is a law unto itself. There needs to be oversight. Last week, a retired judge was appointed to keep oversight. Based on an affidavit from MP Fadiel Adams, a section 27 referral was made…and it lacks evidence and substance. And arrests were made! @pule_jones

The commission will get there eventually. My problem is how people take snippets of information and build entire narratives from that, outside the commission, when they don't know what is around the next corner.
