A career pathway in action. Ashtin McCullough started at Cox Medical Center Branson as a phlebotomist. Inspired by the nurses she worked alongside, she returned to school, earned her nursing degree and is now a graduate nurse resident on Med 100.

Four CoxHealth nurses are helping improve maternal and newborn health in Tanzania through a partnership with @ConvoyofHope Callie Woods, Michelle Wilson, JoAnna Louque and Emily Summers developed and delivered a six-part training program for community health workers, creating a lasting resource for families and caregivers in the region.
