@Aar3s_Q @medkszz I mean this genuinely but if you are sent into a spiral by some random person online saying “you don’t have DID” I think that is a reason to pursue more thorough therapeutic help as that is just not a normal reaction. If you are diagnosed or medically recognized I don’t see why

@Aar3s_Q @medkszz It’s not bad, but psychologically impossible as a self diagnosed 16 year old with no outside or professional help. If medical professionals take years to be able to distinctly identify different states of self (even for small systems) there is no way that is happening here.
