During my 12 years of teaching drama I've seen kids go from:
- Voiceless to empowered.
- Bullied to standing up for themselves.
- Blocked to creative.
- Passive to active.
It's not a 'soft subject' or fun hobby. Drama lessons can be a life changer.

These are the moments! I worked with this young actor on a monologue in an online 1:1 and - with the writer’s consent - suggested she pop it on her Spotlight CV ... and look at what has fantastically happened!! So very happy n’ chuffed for her. #Working4Actors

@BeCoMeCast I have been feeling this too Ben. Learnt that it is important not to put too much pressure on ourselves and try to be kind and gentle with ourselves. Something I really need to learn.

Life in Lockdown comes at us in different phases - I have felt that this recent phase has been particularly and collectively testing, draining and a real toughie for many. Be kind and gentle to others ... and to your beautiful self. Please keep strong, safe and smiling x
