@Msmath1231 @eduprotocols The last 15 minutes of each class are designated for tutorial, so each teacher uses it as needed. I like to use it as extra time for students. If a student has a missing assignment or was absent, they stay behind to meet with me. Otherwise they can go to another class.

@hmoreyEDU @eduprotocols Hi Mrs Morey, Love this idea of building students up early. One big thing I try to do early on is learn students name. Being able to address students immediately by name is very powerful thing. #ditchbook

@eduprotocols At the start of the year I go out of the way to thank students for participating, turning in their homework, coming to school, etc. Once they realize they have a true audience that cares about their efforts, even the most unwilling Ss start to show interest. #ditchbook
