Licensed products in our Limited Edition and Special Edition collections are typically preorders which ship 2-3 months after purchase. These shipping windows are stated on the item listings. If your item has shipped and you’ve received tracking information, we cannot provide any further information on the location of your package. If you are in the US, please contact the USPS. If you are an international customer, please contact your local postal authority. If your order is returned to us, we can provide a reshipment once it arrives back at our warehouse, but cannot provide a reshipment until the original order has been returned. Please ensure that your address is correctly listed on your order when checking out. Incorrect addresses can significantly delay your order shipment, as we move these to the bottom of our shipping queue while we await your response and address correction. @HaileyLovesCher @Neopets There’s no Switch 2 pro controller unfortunately. The Switch 1 pro controller is compatible with both consoles, so we’re only releasing this version for now!

@RicoCoolGuy We do not have licensing rights to sell pins individually right now, unfortunately. We do have plans for Switch 2 stuff. Can’t say what pins will come with them though right now!

@CptnAlexDesigns Awesome stuff with the Sonic launch! Is there a chance you make a lesser version of the Chao VMU pin that's not to the controller, or will there be a switch 2 controller design releasing with a pin? Keep up the amazing work!
