⚠️ Roblox players: this can happen to YOU. On April 18, my account was permanently banned. No warning. No reason. Years of work, rare limiteds, and my income - gone instantly. All I did was join a popular game. My screen spammed “allow captures.” I left. Came back - terminated. There’s an exploit where developers can abuse CaptureService to upload content under YOUR name and get you banned - they target players with valuable items. Appeal? Denied by a bot. New violation? For a video/images I NEVER uploaded. No human ever checked. If you own limiteds, you are NOT safe. @Roblox - one real review is all I’m asking. @SharkBloxYT @KreekCraft @Roblox_RTC @LukasThePickle

@DJMonopoli something I'm concerned about is players who don't want to age verify being unable to play moderate rated games that they could've spent money and time on, which to me feels like taking away a product someone earned or paid for because they want to have privacy.

I genuinely HATE a lot of the new requirements for publishing games on Roblox, but I'm also not going to sit here and deny that it will absolutely make Roblox a safer place, which is realistically what we all wanted, so I'm torn. Bottom line is, (no matter how much everyone believes there is) there's just not a whole lot of truly effective and plausibly implementable solutions for ACTUALLY improving safety and moderation on a platform as big and complex as Roblox, and you can't really compare Roblox to any other gaming platforms, because it's just different in almost every way. It's just a shame that all of these solutions come with such a horrible cost of negatively affecting the platform and player experience in such a dramatic way... 🥲

Game owners and moderators can now read all chats sent in any server, regardless of age group. This new setting can be toggled by enabling the "Read-only chat for moderation" permission to roles with moderator status.

Roblox is taking down all of your faces. Roblox plans to take down all dynamic faces which do not move on March 3rd. And then delete them from your inventories on June 15th. Thank you guys all for your support over the last couple years.
