Thanks to Alex Jackson for popping by to present East League trophies to our U13 girls & U17 boys XC teams. Congratulations to them and all those who took part this year. Next stop Falkirk for the @scotathletics Nat XC championships!

2 Golds this morning in the National Indoor Champs at Grangemouth 🥇🥇!! Luke Brodie in boys U13 60m hurdles and Cadha McCluskey in girls U13 long jump 💥 Samuel also made the final of the 60m hurdles with a big PB and there was a brave run from Rohan.

@DAParker85 Not sure we should be particularly grateful, but your general point is correct. The current hysteria of Sunderland fans, IMO mostly to do with the fact that we played Newcastle in the Cup, is way OTT.

Genuinely wouldn't blame Kyril Louis Dreyfus if he cut his losses and moved on and took over a club somewhere else where the fans might not be so ungrateful. I highly doubt we'll get better. More likely a chancer like Donald or a crook like Reading's owner.
