if in the final version of the game Toby allows you to play any of the chapters right at the start, without you needing to beat chapter A to unlock chapter B and so onwards first, then yes, it WOULD be a poor design choice ngl 😭

@pawelfxkulkid Insanely sick concept but this could feel really jank if you could only just spam C and hope you get to your correct soul mode in time and try not to skip over it

I had an idea once for the final boss of deltarune where you could press [C] to toggle between soul modes and you would have to switch to the useful one based on the attack the boss does
If the attack had darkness you switch to red, if breakable objects switch to yellow etc.
