Someone who has a biracial daughter myself, that woman is clearly biracial. According to most people, no matter how much a mixed person clings to either side of the racial spectrum, they will never be seen as that racial preference by the majority. My daughter is always reminded that she isn't black or white. So, if we are going by this logic, that is not a black woman playing Helen. That is a mixed woman.
