One word to describe coaching this team? Grateful. What an absolute joy to coach this talented & genuinely kind group of girls! We wrapped our season going 3–2 in Cali while playing up a division in the 17U division (9-2 on the season)-showing real growth every step of the way.

🚨3 Reasons Why Caitlin Clark Has A Killer Stepback🚨 1. Her ability to get her defender’s hips to open up and get them to drop step provides ideal positioning for a stepback. 2. She does a good job changing speeds and changing heights. Her ability to sell the drive and then change pace/height allows her that separation. 3. Her ability to get into the defender as she is driving to create the contact to bounce off of them to get space is key. It’s in the scouting reports but she still gets the shot all the time.
