Here is the moment the Liberals, with the support of the Bloc Quebecois, voted to oppose a Conservative amendment to restore the religious defense before proceeding to pass Bill C-9. This attack on religious freedom and freedom of expression will now go to the Senate.

Why are Canadians calling for Chief Justice Richard Wagner of the Supreme Court of Canada to recuse himself from the upcoming appeal of the Emergencies Act case? Easy. He's biased. In April 2022 (while the Ottawa protests were ongoing) Chief Justice Wagner made strong public statements criticizing the convoy: * He described it as the start of "anarchy." * He said protesters were holding citizens "hostage." * He reportedly characterized aspects of it in terms like "sedition" in interviews and remarks. These comments came before any full legal determination by any courts on the Act's use. This creates a reasonable apprehension of bias (the legal test for recusal in Canada). Any fair-minded observer might question whether he can impartially hear the appeal, given his pre-judgment of the facts and events central to the case. Question is; will he recuse himself?

CBC "The federal government says it is now appealing to the Supreme Court of Canada to review its use of the Emergencies Act." No mention from CBC that the government waited until the last minute to appeal Remember just how many individuals at the center of power at the Public Order Emergency Commission (POEC) referenced CBC coverage as being crucial in their decisions to invoke the Emergencies Act There needs to be an independent investigation into CBC's hysterical coverage

How does your home library stack up? In 2023 YouGov surveyed 29,000 Americans to see how many books they have in their homes. The results were disappointing to say the least. - 0 books: 9% (no books AT ALL) - 1–10 books: 20% - 11–25 books: 14% - 26–50 books: 13% - 51–100 books: 12% - 101–200 books: 10% - 201–500 books: 7% - 501–1,000 books: 4% - More than 1,000 books: 3%

Muslims can be good Americans, but they can only be good Americans by being bad Muslims. And we’re going to have to deal with that problem soon.

I just realized that Israelis have been reviewing bomb shelters and it’s amazing 😂

Do you know why we see videos from Israel of Christian missionaries being spat on? Because they are free to preach the Gospel on the streets of Jerusalem. Getting spat on for that is something that could even happen in Times Square. However, we do not see videos of Christian missionaries being spat on in Islamic countries, because they can't preach the Gospel there to begin with. And if they try, we will not see videos of Christians being spat on, we will see videos of Christians being beheaded.

Just learned about the beautiful personal library of a German mining engineer called Bruno Schröder. His entire house was covered in custom shelves he built himself, housing his life’s work – a 70,000 book collection. Bruno died in 2022 at 88, while in the midst of digitally cataloguing his massive collection. Sadly, he had no relatives and the house, including the books, was handed to an estate manager and put up for sale. That’s when his story and these photos surfaced.
