It’s Jerome Powell’s last day as Fed Chair, who was first sworn in to lead the agency in February 2018. Kevin Warsh, who was confirmed by the Senate 54-45 on Wednesday to a 4-year term, will succeed him. 212-212: House for the third time this year defeated an Iran war powers resolution and the 1st time since the 60-day war powers deadline lapsed on May 1. Maine Rep. Golden was only Democrat to vote No. GOP Reps. Barrett (MI), Fitzpatrick (PA) and Massie (KY) voted Yes. Rep. Davidson (R-OH), who voted Present last time, voted No.

Update: Rep. Miller-Meeks (R-IA) was recorded as voting No on GOP Cashless Bail Reporting Act, but meant to vote Yes according to her office. Her vote explanation will appear in the Congressional Record.
