Well the ticket cost wasn’t going to be refundable so the flight cancellation was an inconvenience, but it makes for a story! We also made the trip with two random guys we met on our original canceled flight. Small world, turns out they are friends with a childhood friend of mine!

Just completed a 17 hour drive from Nashville to NYC. Few nap breaks in between and listened to World Cup final commentary on the way. Looks like I’ll make my flight home following the internal flight cancellations yesterday. Chevrolet let me use their Silverado truck for the drive, and the Super Cruise system meant that the car drove 95% of the journey itself. Absolute wizardry and truly the future of highway driving.

@Moorie86 Thankfully, I found some deodorant at the hotel when we checked in before headed to the stadium. I smell rancid.
