@Marttwit Is there a way to get an assessment of Parkhurst substation capacity. There are more than regular outages outside of load-shedding schedules and frequently the sub-station trips with the surge from Eskom power restoration. Perhaps time petition CityPower to do a proper upgrade?

There is a large area outage at the Parkhurst substation with no power in Parkhurst, Greenside, Parktown North, Craighall Park et al. The @CityPowerJhb depot knows about it. Sit tight. No ETR.
