All gun laws are null and void and illegal according to the US supreme court.
SECTION 2 SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.
The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.
Our Constitution is clear. For those who believe there are gray areas, our Supreme Court has ruled the following.
"No state shall convert a liberty into a privilege, licensed it, and attach a fee to it. "Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 US 105
"A state may not impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted by Federal Constitution. "at 113, (1943).
"If a state converts a liberty into a privilege the citizen can engage in the right with impunity. "Shuttlesworth v. Birmingham, 373 US 262
"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be NO rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them. "Miranda v. Arizona, 384 US 436
"Any unconstitutional act is not law, it confers no rights, it imposes no duties, it affords no protection, it creates no office, it is an illegal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed. "Norton v. Shelby County, 118 US
Marbury vs Madison in which that a law repugnant to the constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound to the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court upheld in 2008 in District of Columbia vs Heller the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. on June 28th, 2010 the US Supreme Court ruled again and expanded that ruling to "all citizens in all states".
@Rothmus@Nicole66512416 Republicans think we didn’t go to the moon, the Earth is flat, vaccines make you magnetic, dinosaurs weren’t real, they think water vapor is chem trails. What the fuck do you expect they’re morons.
@SherforceHog@Rothmus@elonmusk Republicans think we didn’t go to the moon, the Earth is flat, vaccines make you magnetic, dinosaurs weren’t real, they think water vapor is chem trails. What the fuck do you expect they’re morons.
@Prawnsforlife@mcbane89@BlessedMom_7@Rothmus@elonmusk Same here, first in my family to ever get a degree. My parents never even encouraged me to get good grades. I just got myself out of an ignorant redneck town and into a top 20 university.
@mcbane89@BlessedMom_7@Rothmus@elonmusk im the first in my family to get a degree. 5th-generation Irish immigrant. If I can then anyone can. It just takes work.
@BlessedMom_7@Rothmus@elonmusk Learning facts and critical thought tends to make you not conservative. Conservatism is built on ignorance, racism, and bigotry.
@CraigMak2@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole No, you've got to be plain dumb to not see all the safety nets If you are poor here. Section 8, medicaid, welfare, snap etc. What you are referring to is the middle class, and yes for them healthcare is a problem made worse by ACA. You can always choose not to work.
@SocomRaiders@jdpoc And someone has to maintain them. I would guess they are using a diesel or gas truck to get there. Petroleum is also used to manufacture parts.
@MGanjafairy@jdpoc They work fine in Norway where it’s about as cold as it gets. In TX it was gas that froze up, not wind. 50 below doesn’t happen anywhere near Texas
@CraigMak2@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole Not entirely, thanks to regulation. That move by amazon did neither have long term consequences in the e-commerce market or the diaper market, they do not, and can not have the market share required for predatory pricing to completely wipe out any competition.
@j0fdw@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole lol, do you seriously think e-commerce is a free market right now? That’s enough quit playing stupid. My goodness that was dumb.
@OfParton@CraigMak2@xGhostCodex@its_The_Dr My son is an engineer at the Fermi nuclear plant in
Monroe County, MI. He leans left politically, but he's admitted to me "Nuclear Fission is the realistic solution to climate change."
I got to tour their training facility a few years ago on their annual family day. Petty cool.
@Nicole66512416@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole You can’t be serious. We have horrible safety nets compared to Europe & especially Scandinavia. Huge one is our healthcare is tied to our employment.. you’ve gotta be plain dumb at this point
@j0fdw@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole Did it destroy a competitor, yes. Is this monopoly behavior, yes. Does it destroy the free market, yes. Your brain doesn’t work. We’re done.
@CraigMak2@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole Is it unethical? Yes. Would I do it personally? No.
Did their actions have lasting effects on the diaper economy and bring them any closer to a monopoly on diapers? No.
@CraigMak2@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole Again assumes that no other company similar to diapers, com have come along since, and that Amazon didn't have to make up this loss elsewhere as they do not have a monopoly on diapers. Consumers enjoyed below market diaper prices temporarily, until amazon stopped, back to normal
@Nicole66512416@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole LMAO, you mean the 50% of retired people and disabled people? Do they have more entrepreneurship because they have safety nets. It’s easier to take risks when you know you’re always be taken care of even if you fail and have health insurance, no matter what
@CraigMak2@Surferonx777@TheRabbitHole Comparing those countries to the US is comparing apples and oranges. Much smaller more manageable population who all assimilate to their culture and contribute income. Here we have culture wars and 50% of the population who dont contribute to society and live on handouts.
