"Norton v. Shelby County, 118 US Marbury vs Madison in which that a law repugnant to the constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound to the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court upheld in 2008 in District of Columbia vs Heller the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. on June 28th, 2010 the US Supreme Court ruled again and expanded that ruling to "all citizens in all states".

That move by amazon did neither have long term consequences in the e-commerce market or the diaper market, they do not, and can not have the market share required for predatory pricing to completely wipe out any competition.
