@Spectrum0Gaming At the suggestion of one of my PhD students, I introduced a token economy at home for my 7 year old twins while mum was away for a week. I had charts and used Monopoly money. The kids seemed to really like the idea. 1/3

I see where “Dr. N. Reagan” is a clinical psychiatrist so she’s probably seen enough studies to know Ketamine represents a mortal threat to the lifestyle she’s become accustomed.

Matthew Perry is a victim of an industry that exploits desperation. There is no evidence ketamine benefits mental health beyond placebo effects and the drug-induced high. It is a potentially dangerous anaesthetic. An avoidable tragedy! theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2…

Each song is added to the "team playlist", with the winner getting to pick a new song to add. Lots of laughter, singing along, sharing of memories and feelings, and a few tears. All in all, a team feeling inspired, joyous and connected by the end. (4/end)
