@ChrisJe02558154 They are saying it was likely they were a PFIC. I find it odd none of the #GLXY fanboys are talking about this as there is a massive tax bill coming to the holders of this stock when it migrates to NASDAQ. Someone please tell me otherwise I would love to be told I am wrong here!

@CraigSpitzTX Not sure. I don’t know that they for sure fall into that category. Their documents they sent investors always said “may” and “might”.
