So Saturday night i get a text from Jeannie Butler to look at how the seat belts were mounted after Dane Culver’s crash. She said they didn’t appear to be going over the shoulder bar. I found pics from earlier that night with them going over the shoulder bar but after the crash you can clearly see they are not. They go under the shoulder bar. What changed during the night???
