Tomorrow is my second trauma therapy appointment. We will be doing something called EMDR. I don’t know a lot about it but it uses light and replacing scary images in your head with positive ones. I try to not think about that day. Those first few days it all replayed over and over in my head. I started saying a Hail Mary when I found myself focusing on it again. And it seemed to work. But sometimes the pathways in our brains just don’t want to let go. And the images creep in when you least expect it. Last night…as I was getting ready for bed…they creeped in. And found myself breathing quickly and tears swelling in my eyes. The absence of my husband through my day seems to be most difficult at night. It’s when I feel the most lonely. The most anxious. I think it’s the emptiness that comes with evening. If the kids were here…they have since gone home. If I was talking to someone on the phone…we have said our goodbyes. And the quiet settles in. The quiet seems to be when my brain is the loudest. I’m hoping to make progress tomorrow in quieting the trauma. I know it will take time…but I need to be able to grieve without feeling panicked. Major "January 6" case update. I believe every J6'er should be aware of this. As of last week... after three years of several ignored FOIA requests to @TheJusticeDept of mine that were sometimes closed without explanation, I have now caught my "J6" prosecutors Douglas G. Collyer and Matthew Graves in a big lie. This lie also doubles as having hidden evidence from me that I would have utilized on my own "J6" case. @EagleEdMartin - since you are now following me, I am tagging you especially for your awareness. The gist: For three years, I've been going off of specific information provided to me by the DOJ's prosecution itself, which was first given while in the middle of my "J6" case during the time I was being coerced to enter a fraudulent plea "bargain". My then-public defender (Evan Flinn Sugar) was told by the DOJ's AUSA that he himself (Collyer) "never signed anything" for his own oath of office/affidavit - and that only a verbal oath was the common practice for federal officers. I received that "confirmation" in writing, stating that no oath was signed - which I've shared a lot here on X for the past couple of years, ever since I started informing the public about oaths. See this post's attachments. My public defender doubled-down on that information, telling me DOCUMENTED oaths signed by federal officers didn't even exist at all - which I knew wasn't true. The facts: Federal officers can't get paid until their oath/affidavit are filed, let alone being able to hold their own office. See 5 U.S.C. section 3332 and section 5507. I gave Collyer a polite "fuck you" in open court for his direct threats to punish me harsher, because I questioned oaths and their "authority". I was kidnapped months later in Florida without a docketed warrant - sealed. Soon after I was released from three months of false imprisonment at the beginning of 2024, I managed to acquire a copy of Matthew Graves' oath/affidavit, which lacked a visible signature on his document, completely. The existence of a documented oath for Graves would obviously prove to anyone that the "no documented oaths" claim I was first told was false, but I still didn't have Collyer's filed oath - being Graves' assistant, who already admitted he himself didn't sign any. So, from that point on - I've been using the DOJ's FOIA to request for the copy of Collyer's signed oath/affidavit, in order to verify that AUSA Collyer's and public defender Evan Flinn Sugar's claim that none was signed, was true. What would be the bad news for Collyer if he really didn't sign the oath as he told my counsel? Then he wasn't legally an officer, nor could he get paid for (not) being one. The bad news for Collyer if I found out he did in fact sign an oath after telling me he didn't sign an oath at all? Then he violated his own oath by lying about never signing an oath - as this would be an attempt to deter me from acquiring the documented oath itself, because putting that documented oath on court record as evidence... would be binding him and his "duties" to the record. The latter is exactly what happened. Now, after over THREE YEARS, I finally received Collyer's signed oath, being the same oath I was told by him didn't exist as signed and documented. There are a couple of additional interesting points to point out here, too - going even deeper. It wasn't until @AGPamBondi was fired that I finally received Collyer's oath copy from the DOJ, after years of unfulfilled FOIA attempts and unexplained case closures. It's also noteworthy that Douglas G. Collyer is the blood-relative of Rosemary M. Collyer. Rosemary is the federal "judge" who previously presided over the FISA court, prior to Boasberg (my "J6" federal "judge") taking her seat at the beginning of 2020. How interesting in the way that all of these actors intersect with my "J6" case. I filed Rosemary's fraudulent oath of office and refused it for cause on federal court record just a few weeks ago - mailing it to Bondi's DOJ, right before she was fired - which is likely why FISA is such a hot topic again, as Rosemary's prior position has now been lawfully disqualified via my refusal for cause estoppel and legal process. I digress. Such an instance of my "J6" AUSA clearly lying about having never signed an oath (when he in fact did), is a perfect example as to why I share the importance of acquiring DOCUMENTED, tangible copies of federal officers' oaths/affidavits - and why it's necessary to file them onto your court record: It's the evidence of their crimes they are committing against you. J6'ers: Your prosecuting "attorneys" and "judges" do NOT want their DOCUMENTED oaths of office on court record for a reason - hence the AUSA's lie. The document is proof of their fraud, and their lack of duty to your cases and lack of care for well-being. To deter us from the concept of "oaths" in any form, is what has helped make the weaponization of government that we experienced even possible. On the surface, a concept of an "oath" and how not to violate it is far simpler than what the BAR attorneys want us to believe - as their gatekeeping of "law" is making the court system far more complex (and fraudulent) than it has to be, while also being more profitable for them - at our expense. Documented oaths are especially avoided, because all of our unlawful "J6" cases have been commercially conducted in Article I - and not in Article III - which is especially reflective of these oath issues. They never had legal jurisdiction - just your presumption. Currently, it's documented oaths that hold the utmost importance in exposing this entire system of fraud. 👇

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 The DOJ has reached a financial settlement with General Michael Flynn. The official settlement amount is unknown, but Flynn had sought millions of dollars from the government, alleging a wrongful prosecution effort against him. Lawyers for the government and Flynn notified a federal judge in Florida today.
