On this ground I won the U13 Middlesex Schools Cup final final was 2-0 (player) and my U14 Middlesex Schools Rep team won the SE final (Manager). Continued history on this ground goes again tonight

@Ramon_Vega71 Poor - that same board brought those players on the pitch 🤔 Fight, desire, pride, effort, determination does not come from board these come from you as a sportsman. No leaders, negative football

How can you expect players to wear the shirt with pride when the board doesn't even care to support the team in the transfer market? It's a big letdown. It starts at the top to show the mentally to win something on the pitch.
