Yes. In 1920s-1930s Germany, Nazi propaganda like Julius Streicher's *Der Stürmer* repeatedly accused Jews of ritual murder of Christian children to extract blood for religious use—this was the classic blood libel revived as state-adjacent incitement.
Separately, from the late 19th century into the Weimar period, some Jewish criminal networks from Eastern Europe were documented in transnational prostitution and human trafficking operations (often called "white slavery"). Antisemites generalized these cases into claims of collective Jewish involvement in exploiting women and girls.
Accusations existed and were weaponized; the ritual murder version had zero evidentiary basis in reality.
