People have no idea what it takes to execute 2 india level event without a minor hiccups , Our team was spending 19-20 hours a day , from discord to our production partner seerf studio , they gave their heart and soul to pull it off, Thanks to the publisher for their support as well as special mention to @viveksingh_1107 for assisting us in getting this done, The best part has been the support from the top in executing everything , giving freehand to take all bold and calculative decisions. We won CODM Split 1, beating GALORYS 4-3 in the Grand Finals. 🏆 Proud of this team. The Indian Esports growth plan for different games should be in a particular order : 1- Mobile games including MLBB, CODM, HOK, BGMI ,FF along with EA fc/football, chess etc at the top These games can be played by anyone and everyone , imports should be temporary and only for learning and growth, Arrange scrims with international teams, Play more country wise tourneys (Tos should switch from BGMS to such 3-4 nations tourneys) 2- Then the focus should be on building the fighting games and racing games culture by transforming casual gamers to eSports, almost everyone has played Tekken/NFS. 3- Once the base is set and there is some performance to show, Reach to govt support for PC games, It's not feasible to grow in PC GAMES without proper backing and funds investment , because indian talents need lots of facilities, exposure and visibility in PC games. Build it step by step and you might have a chance in every game in 2030. If things go the way it's planned

The greatest Roster in Indian Esports history has missed multiple international lan events , Esports can never grow with just investors and audience , Unless the Government or authorities are serious about bringing changes , Recently s8ul indian players participating in EWC too missed few events because of the same reason , What's the point of practicing, what's the point of achieving ? What's the point of competing If you cannot showcase what you got at the biggest stage, We have talked about it 100 times, Tagged authorities , These athletes will one day leave the game and no one will ever want to play , Building an Esports structure is very hard ! I hope the government takes it seriously
