@41BigEyedFish @darinaras @sarahcpr I have been a recruiter for a long time. Brainstorm all his experience like this: SAR; Situation, Action, Result. Note results and use active voice, not passive; “tasked with..., responsible for..” then add to resume. Get the “meat” above the fold - the 1st 3rd of page 1.

@darinaras @sarahcpr I wish that was my super power. We’ve been trying to write my husbands resume and it’s tough because he’s very qualified but has only worked at 2 jobs so it looks thin.
