If West Ham beat #NUFC at St James’ Park on Sunday and Chelsea then beat rivals Spurs at Stamford Bridge two days after that - which I’d say is genuinely likely - then The Hammers’ fate will be in their own hands on the final day. Spurs will be powerless in that scenario!
