@badboyzradgurlz Kanna and saikawa are the best part of the show but as I said elsewhere, my problem with lucoa and shouta are entirely in how unfunny and repetitive it is. You could absolutely fix it without removing the Oneeshota.

Every discussion I tend to see about Dragon Maid is funny to me, because it tends to boil down to people going "if you removed the Kanna lewds and the oneeshota and the fanservice the show would be so good!" and then me thinking "wait those are the only parts I like are y'all fr"

@supersonicman10 @badboyzradgurlz I do really like the moments of them being weirdly similar despite their differences, like when they both have the same reaction to the first sunrise of the new year. It could have been such a fun unconventional friendship instead of a walking sexual harassment joke.

@supersonicman10 @badboyzradgurlz This is true. Lucoa and Shouta having a fun big sister little brother dynamic could have been so fun. Especially if Shouta was aware of Lucoa's sexiness but was entirely unphased by it and sometimes used it to his advantage in schemes.

@supersonicman10 @badboyzradgurlz The problem with Lucoa isn't that her premise is inappropriate it's that the jokes they do with it are extremely unfunny and repetitive. Wataten is basically just the Lucoa premise except done well and is actually really funny.

I remember finding the Sharp movie and the Motto movie equal in enjoyability but I’d also say that I’d watch the Motto movie sooner than Sharp’s
