We have managed to successfully restore up 97% supply. Two load centres remain off due to a faulty termination. Repairs are currently in progress. Upon the completion of this process, power supply will be restored to the remaining affected customers in Brazos and Gila Avenues, respectively, as well as surrounding streets. We will continue to keep affected customers updated as work progresses onsite. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. ^NM

While the customer’s connection was found to be correct, the account reflected an outstanding debt with no payment arrangement in place.
