Some people in general are turning the necessary, good message of “uplift creators of marginalised genders” into “put down men ccs” This is about treating EVERY creator with the same respect and remembering that gender of a cc doesn’t matter, what matters is the content.

@purpurbeans @itsjustdigit This!!! Oh my goodness im so tired of people who try and push content creators that are in a relationship that are okay with shipping to only be shipped with there partner.

@itsjustdigit It's been baffling to me since Bannerfall it's honestly so bad 😭 but as far as I can tell part of it is them pretty much hating on any shipping that isn't with Cam, or at least that's how it comes across

How did Scott, who loves shipping, frequently does ships, loves engaging in a good ship, develop a chat that hates shipping ???

Scotts chat seemed very against shipping 2 of the characters that have actual backstory together and havent just met for the first time here's my 2 cents

@itsjustdigit This is something that you'll have to get use to in Scott's chat. The same people really wanted Scott to get with Cam in bannerfall to the point they hated Nom amd would push others to just see his and Noms dynamic as just friends. Yeah. Trust us we other chatters try :(

I am all for respecting boundaries of creators who have partners who respectfully don't want to be shipped. However, I don't like those who force that mindset on creators who are more than okay with shipping while having partners. Example Lizzie and Joel, and Scott and Cam.
