Take @SuperteamNG as a case study: we partner with learning platforms and experts to run cohort-based bootcamps, localize and prep developers for global hackathons, and offer travel support for top talent. We connect top devs with mentors, curate global job opportunities, sponsor regional content competitions, and host designathons for designers to rethink wallet UX and DeFi for African users. We leverage grants to scale startups, provide legal and go-to-market support through regional trainings, and run policy workshops with founders, among many other initiatives.
