There is no known original, and it was long thought to be purely mythical because of its tiny soundboard. It works well, however!

Last week, at a hospital appointment, while taking my history, a nurse questioned why I hadn't terminated my pregnancy after my daughter was diagnosed with Down's Syndrome. The words 'risk of a Downs' were used. This is Betsy. The child she was referring to. Loving life ❤️
