From a flight delayed because they packed too many bags on one side of the plane, causing us to miss the last connecting flight of the day, saying we had to pay for the hotel, to broken outlets, air nozzles, tray tables, our recent @AmericanAir 's flight was all that and more

@AmericanAir btw- The agent in SF told us the hotel was not covered. We were eventually offered a voucher but not until 1.5 hours after we landed, took another 1.5 hours to get to the hotel and then we had to leave just 3 hours later.
