There is currently no new date set for the festival, but discussions continue with Toura Toura & other event stakeholders. Thank you for your understanding as we’ve worked to develop the festival against a challenging backdrop of Covid-19 & the ongoing economic climate (2/2)

Unfortunately, Wolverhampton’s Utilita Creation Day Festival 2023 has been postponed until further notice, pending discussions with the promoter, Toura Toura. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. All customers will be contacted by their ticket provider directly (1/2)

@rphcherhill Hi Richard, if you access your Ticketmaster account, you'll be able to get a refund. If you choose the option 'Need help with this order?', you'll then need to fill in a form and request a refund for an altered event. Hope this helps!

@CreationDayFest The email from TicketMaster very deliberately does not mention the possibility of refund!

@rphcherhill If you have already bought your tickets you don’t need to do anything as all tickets remain valid for the new date. If you can’t make it, we’ll be sorry not to see you, but your tickets will be refunded. You will be contacted directly with further details by your ticket provider.
