@charliebeestone @coachblueprint1 Goals are positive but as we know they can take you in all sorts of zig zags to get there, focus on the controllables.... develop skills, gain experiences, create opportunities and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

How far ahead do people plan their careers / career goals? My life is so drastically different from even 2 years ago, I can't really see the utility of 3-5 year career goals. Interested in your thoughts @coachblueprint1 !
