tbh i love working for a game but it's quite odd to see the lengths people go to over roblox ??? like to not even talk to or treat me like i'm an actual person ... it's both dehumanizing and pathetic lol . obviously i've been used to it since i was 13 but it's still weird

@PolarCubYT That’s the scary part. People spend years mastering skills to build the platform, and then the platform invests in AI to reduce reliance on the same creators that built it, especially if creator ecosystems start being used to improve AI systems over time.

@Noble_Draconian Yep. This is the “we care” phase followed by the “do the least” phase. Announce improvement publicly, then bury the real conditions in fine print. It’s strategic.

Nice, so the "we increased the devex rate!" thing was functionally a lie. I guess that makes sense when you consider that Roblox is the same company taking 90%+ of UGC creator revenue while the head of economy says "I don't believe you" when told about it at RDC.
