@RainWorldGame
Sorry to pester you, but is there any update on when the bug that causes the game to crash in the Shaded Citadel when getting close to the Echo Entity located there? As soon as you get close enough to trigger the environmental effects in peripheral rooms surrounding the encounter the game crashes.
I'm playing on Switch and can't progress in the game otherwise.

@clang_mp3 @bangbowbing @KirscheVerstahl No need to make this about "left" or "right". I think people of all political leanings can recognize and reject this attrocity of the human conditon for what it is.

It's a business, LGBTQ doesn't sell and twitter/tumblr has proved time and time again they aren't a viable audience. That doesn't mean DEI is bad in principle or that we should strive for a greater acceptance of difference, but you compulsory need to demand it be ubiquitously forced into all media is borderline fetishistic at this point.

You’d think after getting called out by one of their creative leads would make them stop doing this shit but they’re still fucking doing it dude I’m going insane

Disney leadership reportedly put a large part of the failure of ‘LIGHTYEAR’ down to the same-sex kiss. Continuous notes were then given to animators to make Riley come across as “less gay” in ‘INSIDE OUT 2’ (Source: ign.com/articles/insid…)

Get over yourself, they had initially removed the kiss scene for test screenings and only added it back in when they knew the movie would bomb as an excuse to shareholders. DEI and ESG have been nothing, but self-enriching safety nets and virtue signaling shields for these companies from the start and yet you keep insisting they push harder and harder for more disproportionate representation of contemporary social issues in all fiction from science to fantasy which only makes general audience hate you people more.
The overwhelming majority of people on this planet are not LGBTQ+ and simply forcing this messaging down their throats will only make them come to resent something which most of them had no issue with in the first place. Representation and Diversity are the LAZIEST forms of activism with the least amount of quantifiable or objective effect on meaningful social change. You people only champion them so damn hard because of 1. Your own selfish invested interest in said representation and 2. It doesn't require you to do a damn thing and let's you think you can armchair change the world.
If the majority of people pushing for such agendas are 14-year-old white girls on social media or financially incentivized old white men in positions of corporate power, maybe your cause isn't representative of what real audiences want. Just a thought.

media companies put diversity in bad situations so they can generate "data" that says they have to get rid of it

@IGN God forbid anyone make anything that's profitable and doesn't conform the "modern day" standards of penniless online slack-tivists.

Inside Out 2 is the highest-grossed animated film ever. But behind the scenes, Pixar workers grappled with crunch, layoffs, and an avoidance of LGBTQ+ themes.

I love how everyone replying here is just in their own little entitled bubble oblivious to larger industry trends and the failure of disingenuous, cynical and corporately mandated DEI which has poisoned the well rendering any representation of any kind suspect no matter how well handled or executed.
At the end of the day this demand for an unrealistically disproportionate representation of a minority group in mainstream media will only breed resentment in it's unmasked tokenism and artificial necessity. No one outside of twitter/tumblr wants obligatory LGBT representation and as proven time and time again, twitter/tumblr doesn't buy, spend or consume media, it's a community, by and large, of pop culture tourism demanding change and representation with no consideration for audience, profitability, fiscal sustainability or the fact that an industry that spent over a decade failing to ape 80s nostalgia could be trusted to handle DEI in anyway other than the most self-serving white guilt manner possible.
English

Hollywood is burning and you're asking daddy for Pony after he just lost his job? Maybe if they animated stuff that people outside of twitter/tumblr wanted to watch animation wouldn't be viewed as an expensive and expendable luxury considering all the animation itself is still done overseas in third world countries for pennies on the dollar of what is paid to the glorified story boarders that we call "animators" in California.

@fairechako As everyone knows people of color hold the patent on frizzy hair and... horns... apparently. Also, since they all have Japanese names I'm pretty sure they're all ethnically Japanese. Another culture doesn't owe you any form of representation, right or wrong, good or bad.
