Personal update: Today I got a copy/paste rejection for a job that has a job description that's pretty much 1:1 my profile, which is not an easy feat because I have a complex professional profile. All "AI and Design", literally. I made it through all rounds of interviews only to get a copy/paste template rejection email after I asked if there was an update, 2 weeks later. I am Marco van Hylckama Vlieg I am a middle aged white man with an insane amount of experience in engineering, design AND AI. I am unhireable.
