Try the Godot port of my "bullet hell" 1990s style shooter "Terminus Breach". It's hard AF like they don't make 'em anymore. A Japanese 90s kid would beat it though! This was suprisingly hard. Correct. I now have a pretty wild catalog of real, high quality SHIPPED projects built with just a $100 Claude plan and a $20 OpenAI plan. And on top of that I’ve run plenty of frivolous experiments too.

If I didn’t have to work for the man I’d probably start a dog shelter and spend my days hanging out with the dogs, finding them new forever homes using my internet skills, that sort of thing. And I’d keep building stuff like I am now for fun. And cooking. And art. And vintage audio. And making music. Man I have so much I want to do!

Right. Suddenly everyone, including the guy on the street corner with the cardboard sign that reads “anything helps!” will have everything and be able to do everything. Next time I’ll see a homeless guy I’ll just say: “Hang in there, pal! According to the richest man on Earth you’ll soon have everything you could possibly need and want!” 🤦‍♂️

I can say from first hand experience, people NEED to work. They may think they don't, but they are naive as all hell. Anyone who has ever made it to a point in life that you don't usually last about a year before finding some die work or going back to work. I did that. Took 3 years off to go to school full time, raise our newborn son, etc. I was begging to go back to work at the end of that. My wife has been a stay at home mom for the past 5 years, and is beyond bored and readu to do something again to feel like she has purpose. It sounds great on paper, and its a good chance to reset from being burnt out working so much, but people have to have purpose and working, be it for yourself or someone else tends to give many that feeling.

@Teknium I’m so sorry and I know exactly how you’re feeling. I lost my best friend almost 2.5y ago now. He passed out of nowhere next to me on the couch. I’m still not really over him. Wishing you strength! Hope your dog is hanging out with my boy in the afterlife.

Hey everyone. I haven't been very responsive on here the last week. My dog, Link, who I've raised since he was a puppy over the last 13 years, passed away yesterday after being in the vet ER's ICU since last Wednesday for heart failure. I put together some of my favorite pics of him to share so you all can see the most awesome animal friend I could ask for. I'll be a bit slow probably through this week too, hope you all can understand 🙏
