I’ll go ahead and share the full Blue Steel list I’d be taking to the @TeamInkInc Invitational in Baltimore on February 28th if I wasn’t already locked in for the Riftbound Regional in Vegas that same weekend. Overall, I’m really happy with where the list landed. It has an excellent matchup into Aggro + Midrange, and has the 2/4/6 + BTH for the control matchups. Control tends to get a bit grindy, but the other control players aren't used to that. If you have the reps, you can claw those wins. The new additions of Angel & Pete have made the Blurple matchup significantly better, and give me better ally targets with Jasmine. The only matchup I’d call genuinely "bad" is BY, which seems to be going through a bit of an identity crisis right now anyways. (60-40 them just win diceroll 4head) The version without Ludwig feels solid for us, but things get tough if they’re able to spin multiple Ludwigs. If you have a pluto for their Cauldron, and play around Ohana the game is wraps. I’ll follow this up with a breakdown of my card choices.. what I’m playing, what I’m not, and why.

this is the strongest bird up's endboard has ever been outside of exactly the original oath combo with simorgh legal. plays around drnm/droplet. has a backup plan for nib. disruptions are incredibly varied and spread out so harder to deal with. still have 6 in ED (5 after revolt)

@Cre8tcg I see, actually I play version 60 cards without calhoun and rose.
But when I see your list, I have almost the same list when I played in Set 7 and just I love that
Calhoun on the draw is strong, rose pressure lore.
I will test that friday and maybe take it for set champ

I did not brick all day, also mulligans and opening hands are pretty simple as far as wanting 1,2,3 drop.
If you wanted 60 cards, I would cut 1 Elsa/1 smee.
Match up against RP evasive is pretty solid with your own evasives being able to attack. Set up strengths plays for Pan and Zeus the Shark-Pete to stop be prepared

Was able to win a 25 player set champ at my locals, The Stronghold Games with 🟣⚪️ Songs Midrange!
Really wanted to test myself today and play something different, a deck with 0 reps/practice (set 8). Was honestly aiming to see if I could just skill gap. Won OTD 6/7 matches. I really love playing on the draw.
The reason why I built this list is because I felt like playing Red Purple Set 2 again 🤧
