@CrestNicholson is it fair play to make your customers pay service charge when they are cut off from the rest of the estate that the service charge contributes to? Cut off from the only means to get to the train station to get to work for 8 months? 1/4

@CrestNicholson absolutely fumming!!! Our en-suite shower has been leaking under the carpets and our bath has been leaking into our down stairs toilet. It is very clear that this issue has been happening for a long time. It’s horrendous. Our carpets and flooring is ruined😡!!!

@CrestNicholson possibly one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered. For months, they have not even progressed with a main road in my area, with drains sticking out and creating chaos. Having to deal with a puncture because a raised drain is so high and not compensating
